I have no hesitation in recommending …

I have no hesitation in recommending PFK Penrith to other sellers. They marketed the house really well, with lots of viewers. I felt that I was in really good hands when negotiating decisions about offers and the many tricky aspects of selling the house. I really appreciated having someone allocated to support and advise me, Rebecca was always supportive and clearly had lots of expertise and Kat was the same for me in Rebecca's absence. The team seem to really care about their clients and about acheiving a sale for them

Cannot rate PFK Keswick branch highly enough for their service and support throughout our recent house search & purchase, especially Hannah Sims who went above and beyond to help us. Hannah took the time to establish exactly what we were looking for in our new home, and matched us perfectly. We were new to the English house buying process, but again Hannah helped guide us through what to expect, what was required from us and when, and proactively did all she could to keep everything on track with all parties involved. Our Sale and Purchase

We had the lovely Rebecca helping us along with our sale and purchase. Safe to say its been a rocky journey from start to finish but we finally got there and are moving into our dream home in time for Christmas. If it wasn't for Rebecca we certainly wouldn't be where are now getting ready to move. To say she went above and beyond for us is an understatement. We have had alot of ups and downs, but she kept the faith and the chain going. We couldn't be more grateful. It even got to the point where she knew my number when I rung the office we spoke that much! A huge thank you to Rebecca for helping us so much throughout this process, it has definitely tested me at times. You are a great asset to PFK and you are simply amazing at what you do. Keep doing what your doing and helping lots of other people sell and buy their dream homes. We couldn't fault you and PFK right from the start. Good company when the sale is tricky

We had a long and difficult sale of our property in the Lakes with the sale falling through once at the last minute. Disappointing experience

Very disappointed with this Agent. Communications seem to be done mostly through an app, with very little personal interaction. Often emails went unanswered and during the time we were on the market with them there were no updates, infact as stated, no communication whatsoever. Selling your house is expensive and we expected more for the fees charged. Needless to say we were unable to achieve a sale through this agent but are not deterred from trying another agent in the future.

Our experience with PFK has been nothing but brilliant, specifically Kat who has been dealing with us throughout the whole house buying process. Penrith Office has been brilliant…

Penrith Office has been brilliant from start to finish. We phoned on a Monday, and the estate agents visited the next day, taking the time to gather all information about the property and what we hoped to achieve. Advised us on improvement to make the property more appealing to buyers and not to do other things . Saving us time and money doing unnecessary work. Very friendly, professional, helpful, and saving everyone time by gathering all the information in one visit.
