GoogleJust moved into our new home and want to say thanks to K Property for the service they provided us on getting our old home sold. They got our house on sale the next day after we called them and it was sold within a couple of weeks. The staff are always quick at answering the phone or calling you back which is what you want from a company representing you. I have tried to arrange viewings with some estate agents before who take days to call you back if they call back at all. I would recommend K Property to anyone looking to sell their home fast.

Very knowledgeable team who have been happy to help and very friendly throughout the full process, always there to speak whenever I had any questions. GoogleContacted K Property around the November time to sell our home and they advised us not to sell till the January time as usually that's when folk start to look to move, which told me they werent just after our money. In the January the owner came down to put our house on the market and told us the house would sell in 2 weeks......She was wrong.......in a good way....... as it sold in a week!! They answered all my calls, got back to me within the time frame stated, and were 100% professional at all times. Very down to earth company, who will tell you as it is and do everything by the book. So we decided to let them take care of my partners house a few months later and yes it sold within 4 weeks and service was exactly the same as before! Wouldn't go anywhere else now.

GoogleExcellent advice and service. From the initial discussions over the sale to arrangements for the surveyor, photographer and measurements the service was first class. A real family feel about the business and absolutely 2nd to none in terms of advice. Everything I was told to expect happened showing a real knowledge of the market. House has sold in less than 1 week and was kept informed throughout the process. I can't thank the team enough. Throughly recommended if you are looking to sell or purchase property.

GoogleAfter reading some of the reviews I wanted to write about our very positive experience when selling our home. Katrina and her office staff were pleasant and professional. Our home was priced right and we got full asking price and a quick sale. Would thoroughly recommend them to anyone selling. Not sure why people get personal and insulting when writing a review on a business but our experience was brilliant and for the record I liked Katrina the owner and found that she listened to what we wanted and showed personal interest in what she did....

GoogleI let a flat from K Property and highly recommend them as landlords. The team are friendly and fantastic at supporting my needs as a tenant. I recently had an issue with the front door lock, out of office hours. The team responded immediately to my call, and within an hour a locksmith arrived.

GoogleI have been dealing with the team and Donna in particular with my rental property. As I don't live locally they have been excellent with keeping me updated with things and always on hand should I need anything. I wouldn't consider using any other agent now to manage my growing rental portfolio. 5* agent and would highly recommend to anyone considering an agent to manage their rentals.
