GoogleVery bad experience with Cheyenne , I had to wait 1 month to view this flat it was for 1 thousand one hundred pounds per month, went to see the flat. and then she said that she got an offer for 1 thousand two hundred and fifty pounds , a felt let down ...seemt like a went to an auction which a wasn't prepared for . Everyone in the firm is committed whole heartedly to what they do in every way i.e. they are highly responsive to us as landlords & our tenants, honest, fair, professional & always very considerate, caring & respectful. Over the years we have recommended many landlords to them who own anywhere between 1-24 properties, and even those with properties in e.g. Scotland as they manage properties all over the U.K. Every single recommendation has thanked us profusely saying they weren't sure if we were being over enthusiastic in our accolades but since their own personal experiences of Absolute Property, they all mirror our view & have also recommended them on to others.
