We first came across haybrook when Dan showed us round a property we were that impressed with his professional attitude we asked haybrook to come and value our property Rachael came and talked us through everything that was going to happen we put it on the market and sold it within 3 days and then Vanessa took over and is finishing our sale off they have all been very professional at haybrook Alan and carol wheldon

Fast and efficient service, Nicola, Hayley and Dan were extremely helpful throughout the whole process too when it came to selling our house and buying a new one. Rachel was very helpful when we came to sell our house all from the initial information process right through to the house being photographed and going live on the internet.

We recently put a house on the market with Haybrook’s at Crystal Peaks. The service has been 1st class particularly from Nichols Siddall who kept us informed of the progress of the viewing and offers literally hour by hour at the crucial times. The house was on the market and sold within 4 days. Great work by the team at Haybrook’s. Thank you!

Kim Wright at Haybrook was extremely helpful throughout the process of selling my Mothers house. When things were in delay due to workloads in the conveyancer service, Kim stepped in to act as a go-between and made a huge difference in getting things moving. Always cheerful and helpful, she is a great asset to Haybrook.

Have to say fantastic service from all the team there. I believe they were completely overpriced for the level of service we received. Never answered the phone and never communicated with us. The only good person was the person who came to value our house ‘Daniel’ I think his name was. After that and after we have signed with Haybrooks it’s completely downhill from there.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

When Georgia came out to value our property. She was very friendly, explained everything in detail and we would have loved for her to sell our house but the fees Haybrook charge are expensive for us.
