GoogleMums house sale has been very efficient. Dan and Rachel have kept us informed throughout and have been very helpful. The video of the house that was prepared by Rachel showed the best aspects and is a great taster for any prospective buyers Dan and Rachel have brought many interested parties around the house. Where there has been a potential purchase they have checked with us before responding to the buyers. Overall we are very happy with the service we've received and look forward to the completion on the sale.

GoogleWell Well Well , to send a review doesn’t really do this person the real justice it deserves, the one and only Nicola Siddall who has sensationaly smoothed my transitional mortgage period through without as much as a hicup , her professional touch is like a breath of fresh air to a stressful period in my life . She’s a real credit to the industry, and it goes to show that when people applied themselves in this way it removes the stigma of all that’s written about Estate Agents . If anyone from Haybrooks does really read these reviews, then take note of the fantastic and utterly brilliant professional Nicola , thanks again Nicola .

GoogleI felt i had to write and comment on the excellent service we have received from one of your negotiators Daniel Bell. In the last few months while looking for a bungalow we have dealt with several estate agents, but never been looked after the way he looked after us. GoogleSold my house through crystal peaks and to be honest i had little contact with any of them only time i spoke to them is if i rang them they didnt really keep me updated on anything o even had to ring them to arrange dropping my keys off after completion. All they wantes to do was get the sale completed regardless of me havingvto move in with a family member as i hadnt found a new house to buy more interested in the buyer than me

GoogleMe and my partner have delt with Hayley in the office who has been fantastic throughout, she has kept us up to date and explained the whole process even though we have bought a property via another agent due to availability, she also recommended the in house mortgage adviser who has also been fantastic and sorted 2 mortgages out for us. Would highly recommend Haybrook as a company and will back if and when I move again thank you.

GoogleMy property was on the market for a long time which is not a reflection on haybrooks. I did find communication not as good as it should be between people in the office, I did have to chase for feedback on viewings, often I had to repeat my contact details or property info to the different team members as updates hadn't been made on file, that said, I'm not living in U.K. at the moment which did complicate communication as well. All the staff are very friendly and easy to talk to.

GoogleWe recently moved house with the help of Haybrooks at Crystal Peaks and cannot speak highly enough about the service we received. They achieved a sale within hours of going to market and at a price which was higher than we ever expected. Throughout the process, Vanessa who was assigned to us was incredibly communicative - keeping us fully informed of how things were progressing and chasing third parties down wherever necessary to avoid unnecessary delays. It's true that moving house can be incredibly stressful but I'm pleased to say that with the support of the team at Haybrooks it wasn't as bad as it could have been and we are now in the home of our dreams. I would recommend them without hesitation.
