Woodcote Estate Agents, what can I say about these guys, Sam and Luke are very professional, so calm and always reassuring at all times, when you are stressing they are there with all the right advice. They were just amazing! whenever we wanted questions answers they were there with the answers. Their approach to this business is first class, they are calm and never ever pushy in their approach to the Vendor. On first meeting these guys I knew that I would be able to do business with them, and I was right.! They were always polite on the phone and in person, I would also like to praise the rest of the the Woodcote team Joe who I had dealings with as well, who was very polite and always most helpful, in fact the whole team are very professional. He helped to push through a quick sale, working between us, the sellers and the solicitors to achieve a move in date before Christmas. When we collected the keys, Sam even helped with moving our things from the removal van! Great service from an independent business.

I have let out my property with Charles since mid 2021. He hasn’t failed to deliver on his commitments particularly on value and service quality. I was approached by few other agents with longer market presence compared to Woodcote (and with many more accreditations) but no one could match the fees Charles offered. Frankly I was bit apprehensive and wanted to go with the market leaders, but after having multiple conversations with Charles instinctively he was the right choice and I’m glad I did decided to go with him. This is a buyer review: The houses that they sell are great houses. We were looking for a long time and viewed over 20 houses with various agents in and around the area we bought. We dealt with some estate agents that were awful and they lied to us, and tried to dress up awful houses. These guys were honest and upfront about the house, the benefits, honest about drawbacks. Luke had been an absolute saint throughout the process. It wasn’t an easy completion with difficult top chain and our solicitors being incompetent but Luke managed to keep all parties calm and orchestrated the transaction as smooth as possible.
