GoogleWe sold our house in Kenley with Woodcote Estate Agents and the service was top notch. Sam was always available for a catch up or just a simple chat and he helped make my sales as stress free as he possibly could. Professional photo’s were taken and they looked great, not like some other big brand / chain agents who I’m sure use work experience kids to take the shots. We would highly recommend Woodcote. Thankfully with Luke’s hard work and help keeping us informed all the way I feel It would be an honour to give him a fabulous review. Nothing was a problem, he was always available and again I would like to thank you for a wonderful welcome to your new home box! I don’t ever want to move again but if I did, I would be straight on the phone to Woodcote estate agents.

GoogleOpen, honest, experienced and proactive. Just two weeks from valuation by Luke to viewings conducted by Sam to an offer accepted at full asking price in a difficult market. This is a premium service but with lower fees than other estate agents, no fixed term contract and easy communication. I never thought I’d write a glowing review of an estate agents but these guys are different - they are actually interested and invested in their work and they’re really good at it too. Highly recommended.
