Was such a wonderful experience working with Luke! The entire process of buying the property was painfully slow but hats off to Luke for patiently responding to my questions every single time and for supporting us through the process. At one point in time I had almost given up on the property but Luke was always so positive and made sure we finally got the deal over the line! Even after the exchange and completion I had some questions about how to take the meter readings for the new property and he did not have any obligation to respond whatsoever but he contacted the sellers and got the information for me in spite of his busy schedule. Keep up the great work Luke!

If you are private renting with these people thier more thier & cover up works for the landlord & make it hard i got a section 21 because I asks for works to be done properly to home where as its apart of my tenancy to do so & got environmental health involved they get workers not to inform you of the works so they can try & cover thier track , & it doesn't matter if you pay extra cash towards the rent, I wouldn't trust thier advertising the manager of Woodcote Estate agents in colesden rented this property out to me & failed me as a tenant

The result of my selling/purchase was devastating. When I saw a house of my dream I asked Luke to put my property on the market. I shared with him how much I liked that house and was ready to make an offer. I didn’t realise that I could make an offer straight away as Luke didn’t tell me that so I was waiting for a buyer. That house was gone within couple of weeks and I was extremely sad. However Luke told me I could still make an offer if I would have a buyer. Eventually I had an offer and was extremely happy but Luke said that my buyer didn’t have a buyer themselves as they just put their property on the market. I was begging him to contact a seller’s agent explaining that the seller should be aware about me, that I was ready for bidding and it was by law that every offer should be told to a seller. He refused to do it. The next time I called again begging him to contact the seller he agreed to find out how long it was left before the exchange of contracts and would let me know saying quite promising “Leave it with me”. Of course I trusted him. How could I not? I thought it was in my agent’s interest to sell my house. Therefore as he was silent I thought that I had time, he spoke to the seller and there is nothing new to say. After two and a half weeks when I called Luke again it appeared that he still didn’t let the seller know that I existed and that I was eager to buy that house. He kept saying the same things and I decided to write to the seller’s agent myself just to find out that the house was sold a day before and I was late. I was absolutely in tears! Another sad thing was that Luke actually knew that it was at least 4 years of my wait for a right house to come in my area which is small. That news left me with constant depression. My friends and my family were trying to help me to recover and return to that always been a positive person but I just lost all my hope. Very unprofessional and illegal. That was what I was constantly told by others when telling them my sad story.

Second time moving home and for me the process was very simple and handled very well by Luke and his team. Communication is a big thing for me and to be able to get hold of them quickly was a big bonus. Had several viewings and got an offer within a couple of weeks being on the market. Sold over asking price which was a fantastic effort from Luke. They did a great job in making sure my buyer was happy and kept them up to date when I was having some issues on my onward purchase. Right from their first visit, we felt reassured about our international move from the UK. What stood out most was the genuine kindness and approachability of everyone at Woodcote Estate Agency. It might seem like a small detail, but their consistent availability and willingness to pick up the phone made a world of difference. Poor communication to renters. I enquired about a property and had no message back via emailed, then called twice and was told I would be contacted soon regarding a viewing. 2 weeks went by with no contact and then I saw property was taken off the market on Rightmove (which is completely fine but) some communication on this would of been great rather than being left in the dark.
