Streets Ahead mission statement reads: "To be the most professional, caring and expert estate agent our clients, our community and the public come into contact with, whilst still ensuring that our commitment to staff training and innovation remains second to none enabling every client to have a smooth and stress free move."However, this has far from been the case in my experience. They lack professionalism and have made the move-in process extremely stressful.I am a landlord and my prospective tenants gave them specific instructions to let me know: 1. have the flat professionally cleaned, and 2. remove some items of furnitureStreets Ahead failed to communicate both these things to me, and as a result of their cock-up the initial introductory meeting between the tenants and myself was pretty tense. NOT how I envisaged it. Furthermore, I tried to contact the lettings manager (George Potter) on 3 occasions, and he has shied away from talking to me because he probably hasn't got any answers. I have asked him to call me back as well and he refused to do so.They also seriously lack attention to detail. I had to sign an amended tenancy agreement because they couldn't spell the tenant's name correctly, despite me pointing it out to them in the first instance. It's only when the tenant himself pointed it out that they accepted their mistake. Stay away from these agents if you want a stress=free experience. Their communication skills for the most part is a complete shambles. Instead of dealing with one person, you have to deal with 5, and then it's simply a game of Chinese Whispers. Unprofessional, unethical and unfair is how I would describe their work ethic. I paid almost £200 for emergency professional cleaning which could have been avoided if Streets Ahead had successfully passed on the message that it needed doing.

GoogleNot even one star. Street ahead sell very well, then tell you to review them 5 stars straight after that. however, when you have problems like we have for the past near 6 months, they cannot help you. We have been without keys and important maintenance now for 6 months which has been anything but a positive experience. The property management team appear to be lazy as they don't actually do anything to help and sometimes even ignore emails and don't call back. Never use Streets ahead is my recommendation.

GoogleStreets Ahead have been dealing with the sale of my property in Croydon and the entire team have been absolutely fantastic and motivated in supporting me to sell my flat. From marketing my property to setting up open days and encouraging prospective buyers to come and view the property, they have been absolutely brilliant. In particular, one team member has absolutely been a star and that has been Saphire, who is part of the sales progressor team. She has shown such commitment in managing the sale of my property during a difficult patch (through no fault of Streets Ahead) and has gone above and beyond her call of duty. Incredibly professional and a lovely girl. Streets Ahead is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Thank you to all who had been part of this sale, I will most certainly recommend Streets Ahead to my friends and family.

FacebookReally shockingly poor service. Let a flat through them on a let only and the whole process especially the paperwork side of things has been shockingly substandard and painful to witness. I wanted to take my own rent guarantee policy out but nearly a month later am still waiting for the documents the insurance company asked for that I requested from them (ID and proof of address). They said they will cancel my policy if I don't provide it now and I have chased up Streets Ahead via email and phone calls. No one is getting back to me and they keep passing the buck to different staff members. George the lettings manager who was so keen to take on my property has now done a disappearing act!! Will not recommend or use again!!!
