Close attention from your agent who offered helpful information about the properties and went out of his way to establish a good match between my needs and the market. The only negative is that your property details for flat sales do not include details of leases, service charges and ground rent as a matter of course, and finding out wastes time in the search process - include that, and you score 5 stars.

Pawel, Pawel, Pawel! Maybe if you say it 3 times he can fly down and help you to. Just sold a property through Streets ahead and Pawel pretty much acted as the solicitor! He went beyond what you expect from a family member, never mind an estate agent. Just a great Guy, very attainable, always giving regular updates and dragged everyone involved over the finishing line. I can't say enough good things about the man. If your buying, selling or renting ask for his help, in fact 'demand' that you deal with him.

GoogleFirstly I would like to highlight the person I Worked with who was Aidan Naude. I found a property with someone else by chance however working with Aidan was a pleasure im a first time buyer and given the current market I needed someone who knew the market and was patient. Im a city worker so I don’t have a lot of time and he understood this, he only sent me properties that he knew would fit into my criteria. A lot of the other estate agents have used a splatter gun approach which was rather frustrating. His attentiveness is second to none on this occasion I stumbled across a flat but when I come to buying my next property in a few years I will definitely reach out to Aidan. Trust me when I say letting him assist you in your search will be a fantastic choice. VIP service is how I would describe his approach.
