Freddie contacted me immediately after I had shown an interest online. He was helpful in taking down pertinent information concerning my search. The property in question was not suitable but I would consider using Stirling Ackroyd again should they be handling a property I am interested in.

Isaac called when he said he would. Persisted gently when he couldn't get hold of me. Remained calm when I was stressed. Previously dealt with some of the team in South Norwood (incl Simon) and they was just as good. I wish all lettings and estate agents could be as good.

GoogleAll agent not professional, at first he tells you that everything is ok he gives you a dirty house and when you want to end the contract he postpones you, they give themselves reating they make a fake google account, don't trust these lying agents, when you have a problem in the house you don't help I had to do everything with my own money to fix in the houseNegativeQuality

We came from a tiring period of searching for properties within our budget and we ended up viewing a couple of properties with Stirling Ackroyd. Our agent, Feroza, picked up pretty quickly our taste and understood our requirements. She showed us immediately something that fitted ourselves and made the process easy. I highly recommend them!

GoogleThey will call you 5 times a day, send you millions of emails until you do the viewing. You send your offer but no one gets back to you. Be professional and keep the quality at the same level even if it is a NO.

GoogleWe were really grateful when our 12 week contract finally finished and we could instruct other agents. 12 weeks is a long time when things aren't getting done and experience teaches you not to trust a person. Our new agents are great, a real breath of fresh air and have achieved more in the first 6 hours than Townends did in the first 48. Our instincts told us to get out before the 2 week cooling off period, if we had gone with that we would have saved ourselves 10 weeks. We are older and wiser.

I had a really good experience letting my flat through the Soho office; Scott, Nic and the the team provided me with a very professional service. They vetted prospective tenants closely and gave me very honest feedback.They were good at problem solving when issues arose and gave very valuable advice at each stage of the letting process. I would recommend them highly and of course, use them again.

Townends and now Stirling Ackroyd following the rebrand has been my property manager and agent since 2006. They have been highly effective in securing tenants and managing the property. In particular I have worked closely with Nicole who is an excellent, and extremely responsive property manager. She makes my life as a landlord alot less stressful and she is great at making sure tenants are well looked after.

Service was fine until something went wrong with a parking permit. Then suddenly nobody can help. All I’ve requested is a new permit and now there’s no responses to email!
