TrustpilotAvoid! Better agencies available
Stirling Ackroyd were poor in managing our property. As tenants, we went 8 months without issues being resolved. They didn't respond to issues and were out of office when we called. Much better agencies available, would avoid Stirling Ackroyd.

They are quite responsive for answering questions. Also good for not being too pushy like some other agencies do. Seems kind but I did feel patronised few times so can't give 5 stars.

TrustpilotHelpful and carying, thank you Carl.
We have been dealing with Carl all along. Both my girfriend and I felt like he was on our case and really cared all the time. He is still helping us, going through a few things after now that we’ve moved in. Very helpful.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
