One of the worst customer experiences of my life. Was very hopeful thanks to some of their staff, however upon move in we were ignored constantly. Our Account manager was on leave for 4 months and neither their manager nor other staff answered our calls or emails regarding faulty property issues, dampness or help. Then they tried to charge us on check-out for things that were the same as in check-in. Worst communication I've ever had.

Fantastic work from Stirling Ackroyd today. I originally only knew about town ends estate agents (there sister company) but Freddie from the central team explained all about the merge of both companies to create Stirling Ackroyd as a whole and what the benefits would be if I was to start marketing my property. It really gave me that boost to get things moving and I couldn’t have picked a better estate agent to work with.

GoogleUnprofessional and most unreliable. Property unwanted to buy, I was told it's sold but after six months still in market. When I showed interest again I was told to make offer In the next 2 hours. Seriously not professional

Even though the process took a long time due to other complications. We had a very good experience selling my houses with Simon, Alpha and Aron. They were always polite, funny have great personalities and thorough in dealing with our requests and buyers needs. I have used them in the past when I bought my first house 18 years ago, when they were call Townends and I would highly recommend them again going forward.

Do not use these for their conveyancing services. You cannot get in touch with them, they do not answer their phones or emails, nor do they provide you with basic updates. We had to speak to the senior partner of the firm to have the trainee solicitor taken off our case and reallocated. When it had been reallocated, the new trainee was just as bad. both trainees did not seem competent at their job and our estate agent had to give them basic guidance which they should have known. Even the senior partner did not respond to our emails or deal with our calls when we tried to go above the trainee. Further, the trainee left obtaining the funds from the bank until the very last minute therefore the rest of the chain could not complete on the day which had been proposed 4 weeks prior. We had previously sent them an official complaint letter in which our complaints were not answers effectively.

I have a flat in London and they have been my letting agent for over 7 years. The experience has been awful. If I hadn't lived abroad I would have changed estate agents years ago. They had me sign a contract with a clause in that they did not understand it was only when I tried to give my tenant notice so my sister could move in that we realized that they had by mistake had me sign a contract that meant I could not give my tenant notice for 2 more years! I would NOT recommend them.
