They have been displaying wrong information about a property (I mean, completely wrong: according to Zoopla it’s a plot of land that might be built on one day, in fact it’s been a house since the 70s).I’ve contacted them flagging this and they gave me a copy-paste response that was completely irrelevant to anything I mentioned. Complete waste of time and then still displaying incorrect info.

Zoopla have now taken to delete any major critical comments about their new valuations model AVM on App Store Reviews!What’s the matter Zoopla scared to admit that you have failed your users and have a new Valuation model that’s clearly not fit for purpose?Just have a look at your house and check their new valuation versus the remortgage valuation which is based upon their old more accurate model. They are aware of the delta between the two, safe to say only a bunch of muppets would allow that on their app!Even Estate Agents are now threatening to boycott this App as it clearly conflicts with their valuations and marketing prices!You know what happens to companies when they don’t listen to their customers!As for the censorship of critical reviews that’s bad enough, but to have so many false positive reviews clearly being fabricated is so obvious for all to see!If you knew you had £500k in the bank and then you received a statement saying there was only £400k you would soon be on the case! If this company is allowed to continue this farce then it could damage your wealth too! If you are a house owner and you don’t agree with their valuation write to Zoopla and they will have to do something about their AVM model that clearly does not take into account improvements, extensions, remodelling and local features!

As first time buyers nearly ready to start viewing, Zoopla used to be a really good way of finding out approximate runnings costs on properties/areas we were interested in but in the last few months this feature has disappeared. Whilst I know it may not be accurate, it gave us a good idea on what bills could be depending on property size, area, etc. Is there any plans to bring this really useful feature back?

It's fine, but they need to improve the app and the website to add better filters and please please please, add the option to hide a property once you've seen it and you don't like it. Another thing to improve will be when you tap a notification of a new property, open only the property, not the whole search. Completely fabricated information about our house. Zoopla have listed our house as being for sale when it wasn’t and for a completely fabricated value. Also listed it as being for sale with an estate agent that has never had it for sale. Don’t trust what you read on zoopla... they obviously don’t get their info from a reliable source and the results could be damaging to the value of your house or any prospective houses you buy.

I like the way that rental properties that allow pets can be selected and I don't understand why another major website say they cannot. I think that a further option could be to select rental properties that do not specifically exclude pets in their description. Considering there are a very large number of potential renters that have pets this could swing the balance for pet owners against property owners that are unnecessarily negative on the matter.

The market is no longer working this way. Estate agents post after they have viewings lined up, do not get back to you and ignore calls that come through Zoopla. I booked many many viewings and not one of them came through. I wasted a lot of valuable time, in sussing out how it worked and it caused me a lot of stress.
