GoogleSCAMMER. There are many alternatives, please don't waste your time and money here. Most positive reviews are fake. Took my mum's holding deposit. Who does that to elderly people? RESPONSE TO BELOW:
Firstly my mother has the documentation you took my mothers deposit and secondly I would like to point out, that I have no brother. I am not sure which family you're talking about but it isn't mine. All I mentioned was "mother" and you prematurely jumped to conclusions that you know which family, without knowing any detail. You have either completely fabricated a story and digressed completely rather than actually addressing the relevant case at hand, or alternatively you have confused us with another family. Why am I not surprised, no wonder people have stopped coming to you, every tenant you deal with ends up disastrous. You have literally proved my point, by detailing the confidential case details of another tenant (that you confused me with) on the internet without qualification. This agency is unprofessional and shows no accountability, nor remorse. Instead, false stories and projections. So much for longevity and professionalism. People please do a background check on this agency and see for yourself.

Dear Jack,
I want to sincerely apologize for your negative experience. However, I would like to clarify several key points about your complaints. Firstly, our records indicate that our dealings were with your brother and your mother, as they were the noted tenants, not you.
Secondly, we did not Keep the holding deposit of your mother arbitrarily. Our records show that the keys to the property were not returned to our office despite repeated requests. The issues escalated when your brother, who himself signed the tenancy agreement, announced his departure from the property prematurely and left his mother to deal with financial crisis you could have helped her but unfortunately you decided not to.
Moreover, the accommodation was not maintained in the condition as it was at the time of contract initiation. Substantial property damage was observed during inspections which contributed to additional costs. We also received several complaints from the neighbours.
Non-payment of the last month's rent further exacerbated the situation leading to unavoidable deductions from the deposit. These actions are fully within our rights according to the terms & conditions of the agreement.
We strive to ensure fairness in all dealings with our tenants, and we regret that your experience did not reflect that.

He turned up late to a viewing and didn’t bother apologising, then showed us only one of three properties we were meant to view despite all been in the same building. He lied about the condition of the flat he showed us, trying to convince us it was better than it clearly was- rundown and in need of TLC. He also then lied to another agent at a different company when I tried to view one of the properties with them by saying he showed us five properties. All talk, no walk.
