GoogleAbsolute rubbish! The reviews below were written by the employees of the agency. They managers are rude and don't address the issues with the flat for months sometimes. When you report any faults they will treat you like you are an idiot. If anything breaks, better wait until the rent payment day. Then they will show some interest. As long as you don't pay till they fix your issue. Rubbish

GoogleI'm absolutely happy with this agency. I've been living in one of their flats since 2017. All the employees I've interacted with have always been polite, friendly, helpful and professional. Everytime I had any issues or something has broken within the flat they have fixed it asap without any costs or me insisting. I could always happily continue using their services.

GoogleIt's difficult to find 100% perfect experience renting in London, as I'm sure it's difficult to provide. Harmens were for the most part up-front and honest, they were communicative for certain and overall we left our rented accommodation feeling taken care of, and that we'd recommend Harmens in the long run to friends.

We cannot give an agreement to someone who is not our landlord or tenant. We cannot handover anyone's confidential agreement.

GoogleThe employees at Harmens estate agents have been wonderful as they always manage to meet my needs. whenever I need help they always respond straight away. I don't believe I've had any bad experiences with them since I've moved into a property they've managed, which was roughly a year and half ago.
