Googlei have been a tenant with this agency for 4 years and I would highly reccomend them. They are super efficient with any of your problems and are always there to help you. also problems that you might have in the house, like techinical issues, they always react fast and help you with everything.

GoogleRefused to fix a window that was broken when we moved in. When they did agree to fix something they sent round incompetent workmen.
Sad you feel you have to make this comment 2 years after you left the property. It was made safe and you did have two other windows for light and ventilation in the same room.

GoogleCalled today to arrange a viewing, the agent was very rude, and reluctant to arrange a viewing. If I was a landlord I would never advertise my property with this agency. Losing potential tenants, through terrible customer service.
We as a company do not tolerate rude or abusive behavior towards any staff members. Therefore we were unable to proceed in arranging a viewing.

GoogleMe and my partner have moved into this property about 4 months ago and we are still chasing this agency about the same issues we had right at the start of us moving in. All the workers seem to be very clueless about how to operate the business and are very rude. When you call them over the phone they are either rushing you to end the call or they shout to you over the phone and refuse to let you speak. They ignore most of my emails which I have sent (which weren’t a few). If you read this please go for an agency which charges fees as the fees you won’t pay with this agency will cost you timeless hours over the phone and amounts of stress everyday.

GoogleHORRIBLE EXPERIENCE- Rude Staff. Initially, I was extremely happy about a property that was listed through this state agents. Upon an initial call to arrange a viewing, I was able to view such property although I had to remind the estate agents several times to send me the full address details and to confirm the appointment time. The property was shown to me by the manager/owner of the state agents who was very kind. I placed an offer on the property and sent through all the documents requested in a promptly manner as I was extremely interested. I heard nothing from them in days... not one email, not one call... waited and waited until I decided to call and they kept telling me they were reviewing the application. A few more days went by when I called them again and the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was trying to rush me off the phone, telling me “the landlord was not pleased with your details, I don’t have time to speak to you right now, bye bye bye...” I asked her to please give me more details and she hanged up on me. My flat mate, who at the time was also moving with me called up and received the exact same treatment. This lady did not care and I decided to make a complaint. When I spoke to her manager, he listened to what I had to say however said that “it’s not a big deal, things happen” and subsequently apologised after I told him how insulted we felt by the way her colleague treated us. The lady did not care and the manager did not take into account the way that the spoke to us. If that’s the level of service a company is offering then why are then even open? Extremely unprofessional behaviour and rude staff, I also highlighted the point that I had to move as soon as possible to avoid paying additional rent at my previous property However they could not care less and kept me waiting for ages. If only 0 starts would be an option I would have done so. A message to the owner of this estate agents is to review it’s personnel carefully and pay attention. Only bad recommendations go to this company.NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism
