Fantastic all-round service

Dan has been managing my rental property for several years, finding and vetting tenants, sorting out rental contracts and then also managing any maintenance, building or decorating work that needed undertaking over the years. Through Haboodle I continue to get the same excellent service he has always provided. With professionalism, excellent communication and prompt action on any issue, they really take the hassle out of renting and managing a property, providing a great service to both myself and my tenants. I have no hesitation in highly recommending them.

Not the greatest experience

Ravi the estate agent was accomodating for most of the time. He made a big effort in getting potential buyers in for viewings after the first buyer was unable to complete the purchase. We thought that he was keeping us up to date and on 2 occasions we asked that he be transparent about his actions as the house was not sold but had been cleared of most of the furniture. When going back to the house before completion, we were utterly disgusted and hurt as our trust had been shattered. We had a funeral where we expected to use our home but we were utterly shocked to find that someone had gone in to the loft and left everything exposed. A ladder was left behind and the toilet had not been flushed after use. For the fact that it was still our family home, this incident was very upsetting. We still question who was in our home as there appeared to be several visits to measure up even though the buyers did not commit to a completion date initially, and as sellers we were not pre-advised. We hope this situation will lead to things being done the right way and with due sensitivity for future sellers that work with Haboodle.

Following some positive reviews online and a series of sold signs popping up in the vicinity of our property we decided to give him a call. Have to say the personal approach and clearly knowledgeable and well tenured professionalism purveyed was a breath of fresh air compared to the high street chains.
