Its been a pleasure working with Dan on the sale of our home. We had a couple agents over who were similar in values however, Dan saw the value in our home and came in with a much higher valuation in comparison to theirs. He backed it up by arranging a couple off-market viewings for us and subsequently, found us our buyers without the need to go online to market. The communication was excellent and Dan pushed the sale through in just over 5 weeks. We couldnt have done it without Dan and will always be grateful for his service when selling!

Dan clearly knows the local market well - he'd done his research and gave us a fair, realistic valuation that got us our sale. When a financing issue threatened to derail the deal, he stepped in and worked with his mortgage broker to secure an alternative for our buyer to keep the sale on track. I'm incredibly grateful to Dan and the mortgage broker for this as without them arranging this we'd likely have lost our buyer. Dan's also very approachable - always happy to talk things through, understanding the emotional side of selling more than other agents I've engaged with have. Would definitely recommend.

Thank you Haboodle for making the process of selling my property a really positive experience for me. I had meetings with other estate agents before deciding who to go with but none were as personable and knowledgeable as Dan. The technology Haboodle uses makes accepting and organising viewings really easy. The photographer used was fantastic and the photos used of my property were great! Even when an initial buyer pulled out early on, the situation was managed really well. Dan was always on hand with helpful advice when I needed it, and as a service Haboodle are very good value for money. I would definitely recommend to anybody selling their home!

Dan is a first class estate agent whom I would thoroughly recommend. He guided me through the whole process of buying and selling and made it more bearable. He is extremely reactive to phone calls and text messages and I never had difficulty contacting him when needing advice. I was sceptical at first of using an online agent but once I got the hang of online bookings etc it worked very well. He even gave advice to my seller who was conducting his own sale without an agent. I’m very glad I chose Haboodle!

Having worked with a number of estate agents over the last few years, Haboodle have by far been the best. Dan in particular formulated a sales strategy no other agent had thought of before. He incorporated a comprehensive floor plan that included the entire space including small utility areas and the garden in full. All other agents had ommitted the smaller utility spaces and detached garden space on either side of the property. Dan was also able to get me the absolute maximum achievable on my home having tried a number of agents previously and failed. He did so within 10 days of going on the market! Although my home was not part of a chain, I was looking at purchasing another home and wanted the two transactions to tie in if at all possible. Despite all odds and a painful purchase chain involving 6 parties, Dan was able to make this possible, even though it had no bearing on the sale of my existing property. I am extremely grateful to Dan for his extraordinary efforts, his ability to think out of the box and for executing an effective sales strategy through diligence and sheer perseverance. I will most certainly always consider Haboodle in the future. Their digital processes and systems take an innovative approach to arranging viewings, recieving feedback and accepting an offer that makes the entire process simple and easy.

Ravi especially was absolutely fantastic from the outset. He is exceptional, always engaged and pushes from start to very end. Haboodle engage services to support the sales process through completeASAP but with Ravi as engaged as he is there is no need and no value provided by completeASAP.
