GoogleDealt with Emlyn who was very good. Helped me along the way, even when I had doubts and wanted to try elsewhere Emlyn was patient and helpful. After trying with multiple agencies in Croydon finally came back to him and he found me a tenant within 2 week.

GoogleFoxtons croydon- i have been dealing with carley rust williams for a few months now after her initial visit to my house, and I have been amazed at her knowledge and her consistency. Although I have chosen not to sell my home for now in the future I will most definitely be using Foxtons and specifically carley. Keep up the good work

GoogleDo not rent from Foxtons, they do not maintain their properties. Works that were due to be completed before we moved in were not done until 4 months after the move. There are still outstanding repairs 8 months later. Staff just repeat over and over that they will speak to the landlord nothing gets done.

She proactive helped us in solving a stressful issue with our referencing check, a mistake made by Homeppl. Words can't express how grateful we are!

GoogleI wouldn't recommend them. I booked an appointment. When I got there the next day the girl wasn't there. They called her to let her know I'm in the office, she informs them she never spoke with me or even booked but yet I knew her name. So unprofessional

YellFoxton's do not provide full DSS!
Written confirmation from your local authority that should the landlord require possession of the property (as per an existing break clause or in line with the end of a fixed term tenancy agreement) that the tenant will be rehoused if served with the appropriate legal notice and given the correct length of advance written notice. Meaning that, so long as the tenant is given reasonable notice, and that the notice is in line with the Landlord’s legal rights and obligations, then the tenant will honour the request to vacate and the council will not advise the tenant to remain in the property beyond the expiration of the notice period. This only supports part DSS not full DSS I was their and wasted over a month trying to get that detail from croydon council but the council do not provide this unless somone breakes the law to go on full DSS Foxtons do say face to face they provide full & part DSS that's not true becasue I done this already Foxtons only provide part DSS!!!!

GoogleDisappointed, they don't follow up... Was in this store on Saturday 20/04/2019, someone with me requested a house quote for the current house, person on reception took all the details and set our expectations - a call within 3 days to set up an appointment. Still have not heard anything from them. Don't think we will deal people again, if you can't follow up and deliver...then you lose out, we have plenty of other options out there.

GoogleTerrible services. We were treated so badly by Foxtons. The agents are unprofessional. We were stood up in spite of having a written confirmation. The agent didn't even call back to reschedule the appointment. We gave another go, giving Foxtons a benefit of doubt and booked in an appointment with another agent. She was even worst than the previous one. She had no idea about the market, rent prices, bills, council taxes, you name it. She misguided us on multiple occasions and stood up for the second appointment which seems to be tradition in Foxtons.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
