Alex has been incredible from the offset although its taken me all year to get my shizzle together, this man was not pushy, took a genuine interest in what I was trying to achieve, gave great advice and feedback on my vision and wasn't backwards in coming forwards in guiding me away from the usual bullshit you see on websites as at the end of the day I sell houses not build websites, but Alex can. I love working with Alex and the team at Estate Apps, they are a proper family-run, independent business. Alex is always available and I feel as though he is one of my friends, he is very helpful, attentive, on the ball, and always willing to help and advise of the best course of action - even if it's not specifically to do with the services they offer. All of the team I have dealt with, have made me feel very welcome and they offer a fantastic selection of services that are very high tech with the latest technology which our life so much easier and saves time! They have always dealt with our requests very promptly and professionally! Absolutely fantastic ........

DMK Residential is a small, independent estate agents that launched a year ago, and as a result we didn't have a massive budget for web design. I was worried that if I went cheap, I would be left with a lower quality website that was clearly below par of my competition. I compete against agents with millions of pounds to spend on websites and marketing, so getting our online presence to look strong was crucial. So, you can imagine how absolutely thrilled I was when I finally laid eyes on my absolutely stunning website created by Alex and his team, which was well within budget! It looks like it should have cost X10 what I paid for it. I paid nothing up front, just very reasonable monthly fee tailored to my budget which includes monthly updates. They are constantly scouring my website to find things to improve on without me even asking them to, and they run on an agreement that means I can leave anytime if I wish by giving 1 months notice (Not that I ever will). For me personally, a company that doesn't lock you into any contract because they are THAT CONFIDENT in their work and that you'll never want to leave, says it all. Launching a new estate agency is always hard, I did it during a global pandemic. I have been incredibly worried about many aspects of launching a new business during these crazy times, but the website is just not something I need to worry about. I honestly cannot thank Alex and his team enough. You have taken a massive weight off my mind, my website is eye catching, dynamic, cool, elegant and just so god damn sexy! I am going to go ahead and say that Estate Apps are THE BEST web designers in the country, if not the world! The fact that they specialise in estate agency means that they have so many really cool ideas on new features, tricks and tips for your website that you didn't even know you needed, but now that I've got them, I wonder why I didn't think of them! 10 out of 10! I'm currently in the process of buying another estate agency, and I know where I'll be going for that website when the time comes. Alex, thank you so much for everything mate. Alex, Rebecca, Adam and the team have guided us through whatever we needed to do so we could improve our online presence and all our queries (some no doubt annoyingly basic) are answered promptly and most important, helpfully. Estate Apps’ charging structure is fair and transparent and they’re about helping us to maximise our business opportunities rather than maximising their revenue from us Wherever you are on the web/digital continuum, web maestros or more like us (Bambi learning to walk), we would recommend Estate Apps unconditionally as your trusted guide.

Fantastic Service & Stunning Product

Having spent a number of years making do with a substandard site, we contacted Estate Apps through recommendation late 2020. A refreshingly enthusiastic and proficient team, with a tried and tested model which is not only visually attractive, but practically structured for ease of use by external user coupled with a simple input database for updating both listings and site content. Whilst personalised site development is available, we opted for an existing template which was later tailored to our brand and we're overjoyed with the finished article. Alex has been instrumental in guiding us through the process, not only with their templated structure but also with the excellent industry knowledge shared with us through work with other successful Agents on the type of content we should be including to gain better exposure moving forward. Lastly, as a smaller company, the practical costing approach offered with monthly subscription ultimately secured our business with the added comfort of onward working relationship knowing our site will be constantly updated and remain current as new technologies and software become available. In closing, we now have both a visually attractive and practical site that we're proud to direct both our existing and future clients to as we continue to expand our business; so for that - thank you.
