We’ve had such a positive experience with Estate Apps and, in particular, Alex, who has been absolutely brilliant throughout the whole process. From the very first conversation, everything has been incredibly straightforward, transparent and easy to understand. There was no hard sell, no confusing contract terms and no unnecessary complications. The pricing was explained clearly from the outset, the setup process was simple, and the fact there are no lengthy tie-in periods gives you a real sense of confidence in the service and the company behind it. The platform itself is really easy to use and follow, which is so important in a busy estate agency environment. Everything feels intuitive, well thought out and designed with agents in mind rather than making things more complicated than they need to be. Alex has also been fantastic to deal with, friendly, knowledgeable, approachable and always happy to answer questions. Communication has been excellent throughout and the whole onboarding process has felt refreshingly simple and stress-free. One of the biggest reassurances for us was also just how highly Estate Apps is regarded within the industry. Nearly every agent I speak to or network with either already uses Estate Apps or speaks extremely highly of them, which says a huge amount. There is clearly a reason they have built such a strong reputation amongst independent agents. In an industry where software contracts, integrations and pricing can sometimes feel unnecessarily complicated, Estate Apps really stands out for being straightforward, flexible and transparent. A huge thank you to Alex for making the whole experience so easy. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending both Alex and Estate Apps to other estate and letting agents looking for a professional, easy-to-use solution backed up by genuinely excellent service.

When we first decided to put our house on the market we went with a high street Estate Agent as we thought they may have more impact having a shop front. After some time and not being successful, we decided to change and asked Emma to come and meet with us to see where she could help and market our home differently.
