Cubitt and West were brilliant the whole way through. They are knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and supportive. I had the pleasure of working with the extremely professional Zoe and Michael in the early stages. Working with Julie (the sales progressor) once I had accepted an offer was a true godsend. She was professional, friendly and completely supportive and responsive the whole way through helping get my sale over the line. GoogleI will remain anonymous and have left this a while before I felt compelled to leave a review. They were shocking from start to finish. I am convinced that they were the reason two buyers pulled out. Literally no communication, arguing between themselves whilst I was on the phone. They also don’t answer the phone or return calls. They will be so professional at the beginning, then sign on the dotted line and it went downhill rapidly. Happy to email their CEO with the details, but I am not into naming and shaming in public due to people’s livelihoods. My personal experience is to avoid them like the plague.

Following on from a very fast sales agreement on our property, which we’ve already reviewed, we moved onto the contract stage. Even though our buyer’s mortgage has already been agreed in principle, the final agreement proved very difficult to secure, mostly due to really tricky market conditions. The whole process took longer than we had hoped, but Julie Bramble, our designated sales progressor, did an absolutely top job on keeping the whole process moving and on smoothing out the inevitable wrinkles. To be honest, this sale could quite easily have fallen through without Julie’s input. We’ve completed today and we couldn’t be happier with the service received from C&W.

Ciaran Street has been absolutely amazing in sorting everything out for my move. I haven’t even moved in yet but am honestly so impressed with the level of service he has provided. Even when there was an issue with the meter in the new property Ciaran done everything possible to sort this out and his communication was fantastic. It is hard to find such incredible customer service and he is the best I have ever dealt with.

I recently sold my house and chose Cubitt and West to market it. The sales team was brilliant in putting the plan together and market it. I recieved offer on the first open day itself that I accepted. Post offer process was where Heather followed up with all parties and progressed the sale. Heather kept me informed all the time as well. I am glad I didn't go with self help model of selling via website as there is a lot of chading and follow ups required post offer acceptence that was done by Cubitt and West team.
