GoogleAppalling customer service. On completion day, we turned up to collect they keys to our new home, only to discover they were lost! The poor attitude we received throughout the process and on day of completion was inconceivable. Our solicitors had never heard of anything like this before. GoogleDo not recommend at all.. they do everything to take your property on their list and then you have to call back to get the info. Poor communication. Bad manners
