Very happy with the service from the branch manager Rocco and the mortgage advisor Faisal . We purchased our house from Cubitt & West and used their recommend solicitors and inhouse mortgage advisor . The transaction was very smooth and we was kept updated through out by Rocco . Considering moving home is one of the most stressful things to do in life, Cubitt & West made the process seem easy. We received excellent help, advice, care and attention starting with the valuation appointments with Rocco who was informative and professional. The service continued with wonderful Wahida who found numerous interested buyers, and with courteous Caitlin who accompanied the prospective buyers around the house. Both Wahida and Caitlin followed up with phone calls to inform us of offers and progress on our sale. We could not have asked for better service.
