GoogleI would just like to say Ronneil at this branch was hugely supportive and professional, in firstly finding the appropriate letting for me and my family but also expediting all the required paperwork aswell. Would totally recommend anyone using Barnard Marcus and ask for Ronneil!

GoogleMy experience with this branch was exceptional. The staff were friendly, helpful and always available for information when I attempted to contact them. Unlike many other agencies, they actually paid attention to my needs and demands instead of showing me properties that do not meet my specified criteria. I would recommend them to anyone looking for lettings.

GoogleCharged me £350 for a credit check in 2020 to find out that under the tenant fees act from 2019, estate agents aren't allowed to charge for credit checks so it seems my 350 got pocketed by these people.

GoogleThese people took £276 from my account without my knowledge. They took advantage because they thought i was desperate. Be careful people. Manager said he would call and nothing after a month now.

Googlevery bad service, rented me a house with problems in the kitchen and never solved it, I thought it was a good agency but after all is how many people say, they just want is the money.
