I would high recommend this branch!!! This is my first time renting a property and Ronneil my agent and Gareth Witter who works behind the sences have been so helpful and have made the process run very smoothly. Everything has been explained very easily to me so that I understand what I have to do and how the process will go. It also made thing 10 times easier being able to do everything online! They were also able to get me moved in, in a short space of time. Very thankful for this!!

I want to share my experience with Bernard Marcus.The agent Ronneil was so patient with me and very comprehensive. I liked the professional way we worked through every detail to get things done for me and my family to get the house. I remember when they told me that they cannot release the house’s keys the day I wanted because they wanted to make sure everything was set for our health and safety, then when I moved I was happy. Ronneil went extreme if I must confess just to ensure that i get settled in. He is never tired of my calls, chats, mails even outside working hours. I must confess, the coy had employed the best hand to handle the top notch services. This is the worst agency we ever dealt with. I could go on and on about how unprofessional and unresponsive these people are. They ignore your requests/ emails and phone calls. My experience is on the lettings side. If I could rate them as 0 stars I would. Incompetent to a level that is almost unbelievable. And on top of their incompetence is Anton Harvey - branch manager. Avoid at all costs, 1 month later and still have no deposit back!!

I found all the staff at Barnard Marcus extremely friendly, helpful and professional. This is true also of the Progress Team and the solicitors I was appointed. Everyone did a great job and I am extremely grateful to them all. These agents will always push the buyer using their own mortgage broker . They will use the offers process to enable their selected buyers (using their mortgage broker) to make the highest offer. They will not then allow the other bidder to come back with a higher offer they will say the property has sold. Their priority is commission from the mortgage broking side of the business. They won't allow buyers to make an offer unless they have been through a financial assesment with their mortgage broker which is basically a pressure selling session. Do not sell with these agents they cannot be trusted. STAY AWAY

Avoid these agents. They’ve been sitting on my tenants’ money for months, making excuse after excuse with zero clear communication. When they finally sent a transfer, they managed to send it to the wrong account, and weeks later my tenants still don’t have their money. Totally mismanaged company, plenty of better agents out there. My next step is to take this up with the governing bodies. Steer clear.
