Worst Agents in Croydon. Don't trust them!!! You will be forced to attend a financial assessment with Sharone this is really a pressure selling session to use their mortgage services. If you don't use their in house broker don't be surprised if your offer is not accepted because other buyers using their broker will be prioritised. I have bought and sold with them so I have seen their game both ways. When I sold they failed to disclose that one of the 2 bidders wanted to make another higher offer. This is illegal and a breach of the Estate Agents Act 1979. Don't sell with these guys they want the fees from finance and the solicitor kick backs. They do not have your interests at heart. They are currently taking legal action against me so see you in court!

Jill Parry was an absolute star in the exchange and completion of the sale process. I found her so approachable and her and assistance was invaluable particularly with getting information and meeting deadlines on key events. Jill was never tired of my enquiries, I probably spoke to her more than my solicitors at Muve UK. Impressed with Barnard Marcus Estate Agents during the sale of one of my properties in Croydon. Very curteous and confident guiding by the Branch Manager Romael Taylor, from drafting the sole agent contract through to numerous pros and cons and the price negotiation. And excellent support from Jill Parry, the Assistant Sales Progression Manager! Very pleased with the service from Bernard Marcus. I mainly dealt with Steven, Shariane and Romael. Steven done most of the viewings followed by Shariane and I would highly recommend both of them as they really put the effort in (we had another agent before them and there was a big difference in their approach to selling). The feedback from the viewings was excellent (which you really really need) and forthcoming rather than you having to chase them for it. So it's a big 5 stars from me to Steven, Shariane and Romael for all their help and support in what can be a stressful process.

I would high recommend this branch!!! This is my first time renting a property and Ronneil my agent and Gareth Witter who works behind the sences have been so helpful and have made the process run very smoothly.
