I recently completed the sale of my first flat and used Bairstow Eves to show me properties. Miriam was my point of contact. She was amazing throughout the process and made it easy for me as a first time buyer not really knowing what to do. Stephane in the mortgage broker team has also been brilliant, getting me a better interest rate when I was on holiday. I took off one star as the admin process wasn't 100%. They initially had me living at number 8 which caused a delay in receiving some documents. Also, the insurance company started taking payment when I hadn't completed yet. Staff on the ground are brilliant tho.

This is the second time I have used Bairstow Eves South Croydon branch services. The first time was five years ago when I bought my flat and again more recently (November 2023) when I sold it. During the most recent experience, the process was was much longer than I originally anticipated, due to no fault of the branch! The staff there currently, particularly Mariam, Aliyah and Shelley, were very patient, explained the process throughout, were very accommodating especially when arranging viewings and always courteous and helpful. Met Salal at the beginning of the sale process of our house, he is obviously well versed in the pricing of properties in the area and was happy to work with us around achieving the best price. Throughout the sale process with regards to viewings, et cetera he was very transparent about who and when viewings were arranged, and provided feedback to us after each one.
