Excellent service. We were impressed with the friendly professional approach of the entire team at Bairstow Eve Shirley. They sold our house swiftly, guiding us through the process, confirming appointments by email and text, and accompanying potential buyers to the viewings. Luisa keep us informed upon progress through out, with regular updates, and liaising with numerous parties to manage our sale. We put our house on the market with Bairstow Eve in June and are moving into our new home on 2nd October. That says it all about the passion to move things forward, the dedication, and professional approach. We cannot recommend these agents highly enough, in particular Luisa, who helped to make our dream come true. Thank you Bairstow team.

Extremely poor service from them, have to chase each time to get any update on offer made. Twice had a viewing etc after wasting my time for 10 days and follow-up they gave a reason for the builder going with an earlier person who made an offer while still the property was being advertised by them and another agent as well. Wouldnt recommend and totally unreliable.

We originally placed the property with Bairstow Eves in Croydon, and this proved to be a poor decision. We wasted a number of months with very poor service, almost no viewings, and virtually no contact with them. All the while property prices were dropping. We were then contacted by the Shirley branch, and it was like chalk and cheese, and we were treated like a valued client. Our main contact was Siobhon , who was professional, helpful, and most important of all, kept in contact regularly. We finally sold and, again, Bairstow Eves (Shirley) was there to help us with the final arrangements. Can't praise them highly enough.

As executors of an estate, we had to approach several estate agents in order to sell a property.
