I sold my property through Bairstow Eves Shirley and can't speak highly enough of Sam, Siobhon and Luisa. Sam's professionalism and local knowledge shone through and from the very start I had great confidence in them finding a suitable buyer. I dealt with Siobhon and Luisa from there who were great at arranging the viewings and dealing with any negotiations. We had some challenges along the way including Covid but Siobhon and Luisa were great, a special mention going to Luisa for her huge help in getting things over the line. A truly professional service and team effort. Every stage of our sale was clearly explained, we had time to ask questions and sound out ideas and concerns, nothing was ever too much trouble. The whole team worked tirelessly, including after hours to push through the sale of our property. We really felt the team had our best interests and we could put 100% trust in them. Fantastic! Luisa at Bairstow Eves in Shirley was brilliant from the moment our property went on the market. She kept us informed every step of the way and worked really hard with our buyer to get the best possible completion date that suited everyone. The whole team at Bairstow Eves in Shirley are great and we picked them because when Sam initially did our valuation she made us feel really good about our property which instilled us with confidence that they would get us the right buyer. Our chain was a rather complicated one, long with many up and downs (mostly due to my solicitors). Luisa was excellent at keeping the chain calm and rational during a pretty tense and stressful wait for exchange and completion. She was constantly in touch during periods of uncertainty and knew where in the process everyone was in the chain. When we got closer to deadlines she was good at keeping everyone informed and not promising dates/times until we were certain they could be met. I’m sure she also took the brunt of the complaints about delays and worked with us to resolve issues as quickly as possible despite us being the buyers and giving them no commission. I cannot comment on their competitiveness regarding fees but can definitely vouch for their attention to detail and communication. Thank you Luisa!
