We just had our property let out by Julie and Ayden from Bairstow Eves Purley. I have to say the experience was truly pleasant. They were extremely professional and helpful. Julie and Ayden came to appraise the property and gave us very good advice on how to make the property more desirable. They gave us all the information we needed to know in a professional, non pushy manner. Once we decided to go with them, all viewings were conducted in a punctual, professional manner. They let our property in under a week! Since we are overseas landlords, Ayden has kept us informed of everything that's going on with the house. We are very happy and have peace of mind that our house is in good hands. Bairstoweves letting team has set the bar very high indeed!

Great Service from Tom (& Sophie), felt like they properly represented our interests with our new landlord, great communication, they went the extra mile (literally too). Plus their admin costs are lower than other Estate Agents in the Area. What's not to like...
