From the first viewing until the final paperwork, he was there to guide us and explain everything clearly. What impressed me the most was how responsive and reliable he was. I have just bought a flat through Bairstow Eves. Richard took me to see it, and another one. He has a very pleasant manner and was accommodating when I wished to see it again. Very helpful and answered all the questions I had fully. Samantha assisted me with the initial forms that needed filling. Sam was helpful with the purchase of the property. There were a few efficiencies that couldve been made - as is in any process. My name was spelt wrong in the initial checks that caused a little double work (by another colleague I think?). Either way the process was smooth and we were in contact most of the process. Albeit it was more us giving the agency an update on where we got with things than the other way about. Regardless everything - Sam has been very helpful in answering all the possibly dumb questions I had when it came to the sale.

Amy has been brilliant. She over saw the work on my fathers property in Purley and decorated it in a really tasteful way. She has been great with the tenants and is incredibly helpful and hard working. She is a massive asset to Bairstow Eves. I'm not sure why UCLan Animation has come up but this is my work sign in and I'm not sure how to get out of it!! I live in Lancashire and so it was hard for me to visit but I felt safe in Amy's capable hands. She is a good communicator.
