GoogleThe only estate agent I dealt with that made sure every property matched our requirements list. Was really helpful throughout the sale process. We were first time buyers so had a lot of questions which they were always happy to answer.

GoogleBeing seasoned landloard it was vital I found a quality agent to let my vast portfolio, Bairstow eves Norbury really stepped up to the plate providing fantastic service accross all areas. I have always been a big believer in making a lasting first impression and Karl the manager really excelled, arriving punctionally and well presented.I knew from the time we met this would be the gentleman i authorised to let my 6 properties in the area. The high levels of service I received was continued by the other fantastic members of staff in the office. Pleasure to do business with them.

GoogleI asked Bairstow Eves to find me tenants for my property, the team were swift and professional, John and Karl really know their stuff! Within 48 hours of marketing they had two excellent proposals, to my delight they were difficult to chose between. I did however and what followed was a comprehensive and efficient referencing process and within a week the tenants had moved in! My tenants are now about to start their fourth month and I couldn't be happier with them. Thanks for all your efforts guys, a terrific service which I will definitely be recommending to friends and family.

GoogleI came to Bairstow Eves Lettings in Norbury having had some very bad experiences previously with other agents and I am so glad I did, what a breath of fresh air! The team are great, John and Karl really took the time to understand my needs and advise on the best course of action. The service offered is tailormade for the individual needs of each Landlord, Scott and Nadya have both been particularly helpful and will do as much or as little as is required; I would recommned the service.

GoogleLettings at Norbury Bairstow Eves found me two excellent tenants, and negotiated with them to get me my full rental price, within a week of me instructing them. My tenants have been in the property now for almost two years, they keep the property in good condition, never miss rental payments and only contact me if there's a genuine problem.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
