GoogleThe worst estate agents we ever dealt with, the staff at norbury office are extremely rude and unprofessional in particular Anton and caterina. I would stay 100 miles away from them.

GoogleThe manager jack and the mortgage adviser ( a lady ) are extremely unprofessional and abrupt. They first asked for my mortgage in principle which they received and details of my property for sale in order for buyers to accept a sale. Then they requested 1) I speak with there mortgage adviser to "qualify me". (I did so) however it was a pushy abrupt sales pitch who then insisted Pushing days after apparently qualifying me. 2) then the manager jack sends this seconds minutes after the reception on my phone cuts out " you are at Chessington hanging up me is extremely rude " when i DID NOT hang up and the reception is poor and he knew I was out and about. 3) they then told me to put my property on the market with them in order to secure the property I wanted with them (BLACKMAIL) 4) they then ask for a 10k non refundable desopsit in advance of sale. apalling experience especially for a 5months pregnant women. I do not recommend using them unless they all go elsewhere and the only genuine member of the team billy takes over the whole branch.

GoogleI confidently recommend Bairstoweves in Norbury as a trustworthy, solid and reliable letting agent with excellent staff. Kelly helped us find the perfect flat to raise our newborn baby. She was very helpful, polite, and honest, and looked after us throughout the whole process along with Karl and Zamu. They were all experts in their field and genuinely care about their tenants needs.

GoogleBE were very friendly, polite and helpful whilst I was in the process of signing a tenancy lease. Zamu was really friendly and very professional, and this was especially welcome as this was my first single occupation and I needed a bit of guidance. I would definitely recommend Zamu for any future rental business!

GoogleJack, Taylor and Billy did a great job selling my house. They took over after I had a terrible time with another agent. They were honest, hard working, professional and communicated really well at all stages. Billy put in a momentous shift at the very end to ensure we completed on time. Their prices were also very reasonable. If you're selling in the area, use these guys.

GoogleMy house sale fell through at the last moment (buyer pulled out), but Jack Meddings was thoroughly professional and showed that he genuinely cared about what he was doing throughout the sale process. I would recommend him to any home seller.

GoogleCant say enough about Karl Taylor and his colleagues in the Lettings Team; Nadine Watson and Zamu Bamballa and Antoinette Ahmed - yes they all need a shout out ! They ALL go the extra mile (politely as well) keeping the flat rented out and me the landlord updated and informed about what's happening. .
