⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a really positive experience with Bairstow Eves, and I honestly can’t thank Petya and Amy enough for all their help and support throughout the process. From the very beginning, both Petya and Amy were incredibly helpful, friendly and professional. They were always willing to answer my questions, explain things clearly and keep me updated, which made the whole process feel so much easier and less stressful. Moving house can be quite overwhelming, especially when there are so many things to organise, but having people who are approachable and genuinely willing to help makes such a difference. Amy was especially helpful and made sure I felt supported throughout everything. She was always friendly and patient, and I never felt like I was being a nuisance whenever I had a question or needed clarification. Petya was also fantastic and went out of her way to assist whenever needed. Their communication and willingness to help really stood out to me. It’s refreshing to deal with a letting agency where you feel like you’re actually being listened to and treated as a person rather than just another customer. Both Petya and Amy were professional but also very kind and understanding, which made the entire experience much more pleasant. I’m genuinely grateful for everything they did to help make the process go smoothly. They are a real credit to Bairstow Eves, and I would definitely recommend the team to anyone looking for a letting agency. My experience of finding a flat to rent is less but it was an excellent experience I had with Bairstow Eves in Purley. Because my English is not very good, I didn't contact them by phone at the beginning. From my first email to them, I received a phone call from William Donkor the next day; after he knew my situation, he made every step clearly and efficiently. A quick reply by Willion made the process work, and most importantly, every time he sent me a phone call and a text message as well. I really appreciate William Donkor and his manager; they are helpful, positive, reliable and responsible.
