We sold our home in Forestdale with Bairstow Eves in spring 2023. Nikki, Alison and Chloe were just super throughout. I was particularly impressed with how Chloe managed to negotiate us a good price for the house, juggling a number of competing offers. And towards the end of the process, we were dealing with some very slow solicitors and Chloe really went the extra mile to chase them on our behalf, always with a kind a professional attitude. Great and consistent service throughout! I cannot recommend Bairstow eves Selsdon enough! From start to finish Alison had been nothing but great! We were able to view the property quickly, our offer was accepted quickly - the entire time Alison kept consistent contact, which is absolutely key in such circumstances. Nothing was ever too much. In the latter stages, leading up to completion, I emailed Alison every few days and she always responded and always done what she could to get us an update. Our experience as first time buyers has been nothing but pleasant!
