GoogleI’ve made an enquiry online in order to arrange a viewing for a property to rent, when one of the agents called however I couldn’t take the call so he left a very clear voicemail and I returned the call the same day. I suppose a receptionist picked up the phone and I said I was returning a call as I enquired about the viewing of a property, she wasn’t particularly nice and said that they had no properties in Croydon (even though the property was listed online as Croydon area) at that I said they must have gone quickly as I just received a phone call about viewing one. After that she became more helpful and redirected my phone call to the correct agent (Daniel) who was very helpful and lovely. So, apart from the shoddy receptionist, overall a good service so far.

I had a viewing booked with Junior Zziwa, and all I could say is that he was very professional while showing me the apartment, and was also helpful in terms of providing all the necessary information for the tenancy agreement. Everyone at the agency that I have spoken to were 5* with me, and they were always available to help.

Excellent Customer Service. Brian who organised the sale was always on hand to answer queries and my property was put up for sale very quickly. Brian fully supported me throughout the sale, particularly liaising with both mine and the buyers' solicitors to ensure everything was on track and that we were ready for completion.
