GoogleFantastic from start to finish Luke Levy oversaw the selling of two of my properties and he worked extremely hard to ensure both sales were dealt with, even though at times it was very difficult dealing with some of the solicitor enquiries. Andrews has been supportive and professional since the first day I contacted them. Michael V., our agent, is wonderful! He is very responsive and understanding. He showed us the property and gave us enough time to look at it in detail, and he also informed us about the letting process and next steps in a very clear way. Michael's approach made us feel confident and well supported. We also spoke with Michael's colleague, Tomasz, and he was so kind and polite. I would 100% recommend Andrews, as they care about their customers and take them seriously.

I have been going through a difficult time with my tenant over the last 3 years. Exacerbated by the change in owner ship of the agent who was looking after my property. Went through many managers in the interim who did not help and were not at all on the ball. However, since Sydnie Chesley took over my account, it has been a revelation. She is prompt in replying to my mails, helpful in communicating with the tenant and finding solutions. I know we are still not at the end of the sage, but I am confident, that with Sydnie by my side it will come to a positive conclusion. Andrews, keep hold of Sydnie. I would have no hesitation in offering her a job, if I was still working.
