GoogleI had an extremely disappointing experience with James Estate Agent. Not only did they mislead me, but they also lied during the pre-completion inspection, and provided me with the wrong access codes and keys. They confirmed that all necessary work was carried out prior to completion, which turned out to be untrue. Their unprofessionalism was truly shocking, and I would strongly advise anyone to avoid working with them.

GoogleNever seen an estate agent actively try to make the neighbours hate their customer before they've even moved in, not sure the customers will appreciate that in the end. Avoid Mary Shults at all costs, she's got an ego the size of the house she's trying (and failing) to sell.

GoogleFantastic agency, wonderfully run by the ladies, could always get hold of Sam - really friendly and helpful. From a tenant point of view, anything that was an issue with the property we were in, was fixed straight away, no issues at all with the company, would high recommend!
