I recently sold my home through Hat and Home, working with Barnaby, who was exceptional from start to finish. His communication was clear and consistent, and I couldn’t recommend him and the entire Hat and Home team highly enough. The after-sales care was also exemplary. A special mention goes to Lisa at Hat & Home, who was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond! She guided me through the legal processes with my solicitors, kept me updated through WhatsApp, and always responded promptly. I would highly recommend Hat and Home for their friendly, innovative approach and exceptional customer service!

Luke, of Hat and Home, is local to Crowthorne and simply the hardest working estate agent you will ever meet, going above and beyond all expectations and remaining in touch even out of hours. Buying and selling a home is meant to be one of the most stressful experiences you can have in life but he did absolutely everything he could to enable us to move in as stress-free a way as possible, even sitting down to help us complete fixtures forms. There cannot be a better agent out there and I cannot recommend him and the team at Hat and Home more highly.

I highly recommend Liz from Hat and Home Crowthorne as she has been great in helping and supporting me and my girlfriend in renting our first property. She was friendly and professional in accommodating the issues and delays we had due to my girlfriend living a couple of hundred miles away, and even got us a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our move!

Hat and Home Sandhurst have been absolutely amazing. They are always on hand, even long after hours. Marney, Jan and Lisa have been fantastic through a very stressful sale. From the first time they came to value to exchanging they have delivered 100% the whole way through, nothing was ever too much trouble. I have never really had a positive experience with Estate agents in the past,untill I got in contact with Barnaby at Hat and Home Wokingham. I had a meeting with him regarding the sale of a property, and he was so well informed, and gave great advice. A whatsapp is set up so that he can keep you informed of different things. Daniel Mason gave an already superb house the very best of viewings, and stayed connected whilst we closed our chain and finalised our offer. Lisa Roe then tagged in during the conveyancing, keeping all parties informed, and handling various queries and clarifications. They are smashing people selling smashing properties. Disaster letting agent. These people can not be trusted! Had to return to UK as I felt I was being lied too. Turned out I was, they had been making up stories about my house, that it was unusable!
