I very rarely leave reviews but having visited Dandara's New River View sales and marketing suit last week I was blown away with the service I received. The sales staff were SO helpful and I was so impressed by the marketing material, and the sales and marketing suite itself. It's so refreshing to see something different in new builds.

Further to my review below, we contacted the customer care on Monday as per the "advise" from the "emergency" contact. No one contacted us up to this moment. It's winter time and I am not sure when will it rain again. THINK 1MILLION TIMES BEFORE YOU BUY FROM DANDARA.

Dandara have looked after our property tenancy on Jersey for some 16 years. They're always 'on it': nothing is ignored or left hanging and there's no surprises. I trust and rely on them and they are not found wanting.

TrustpilotWe cannot recommend Dandara
Poor customer service. The house is not even 2 years old and there's a leak from the shower into the hallway downstairs. They took a week to send someone to have a look and the person confirmed the tiles are badly fitted, so work is required on top of the plastering downstairs. I am 9 months pregnant and the engineer confirmed this should be done before the baby arrives due to noise and dust. Been chasing almost daily and have just been informed the person is off and they don't know when she will be back. They also don't have anyone else to help. I asked if I could have a private person do the work and ask for reimbursement and they said no.Now we have been unable to use my shower for over a week.It's a small estate with 32 houses, but everyone we spoke to when we moved in had complaints about Dandara. Unfortunately we can see why.

I moved into hilary street in July 2021.The service and help i recieved from Brendan at Dandara was second to none. Moving can be stressful and they made it all so simple. They are always at the end of the phone for any help and questions i had. The build i have to mention is just so fabulous
