Communications very clear. Agents, very helpful and understanding. Vital when sometimes juggling work demands, with being available of contractors etc. Nothing seems to be a problem, if I have a problem as a tenant in turn quick attention to my need, or my expectations' managed.

Bought a bungalow at the Hazelwood development 2 years ago. Absolutely love this place. Houses are beautiful and the area has a great bus service that goes down to the beach. Donald, the salesman was the best. Never felt pressured into buying the property and he did help us make up our minds. Lovely place to stay and our neighbours are fantastic.

From the moment we first viewed the apartment to picking up the keys yesterday, they have all kept us informed and looked after us throughout the process. Half a mile from a Dandara development and we have had weeks of diggers ruining our grassed areas because they didn’t sort out they had no sewer connection for their 600 houses so wehave had to put up with their mess on our estate

Amazing house!! Built beautifully with very few snagging issues. The team are brilliant and kept us up to date all the way. Very supportive and kind. Although we had a few delays, they gave us plenty of notice and helped us sort out any issues. We love Olivia and Adrian, couldn’t have done this without them! They certainly need a pay rise!

Have excellent professional support from Dandara team over the years especially from Terri Booth and Brendan McGill both in terms if finding tenants and ensuring the maintenance/cleanliness of our apartment in between tenants. They have dealt with any queries with prompt responses. Very happy having them as our managing agents.
