My partner and I are first time buyers and sales staff in the office at Fontwell Meadows (Ashley & Tracey) could not have been more helpful. From follow up calls to making sure we had everything we needed they really did go above and beyond. Dandara as a whole have been extremely helpful from start to finish. Couldn’t ask for better developers.

The sales team were excellent on sale process and moving in. Though that’s where it’s stopped. The aftercare and the customer care team have been awful in responding to issues and slow to resolve them. Issues reported in February still to be fixed and other issues reported in March still ongoing with no resolution or communication or how it will be resolved. I now live next door to a sewage system that was mis-sold on the impact it would have on us and nearby houses. Dandara are not addressing the issues and not communicating the process on how they will resolve the issues. Next step is legal action and exposing on social media. If I had known what Dandara were like, I certainly would not be buying from them. Buyers beware of snags and problems before moving in to get them resolved as once you get the customer care team, it will never be resolved.

We had visited a large number of properties and new developments before visiting the Pippins development and meeting Joe. The contrast to our previous experience was notable. Joe presented the development extremely well (as you would expect) but then had every answer we needed to quite detailed questions on our part, which gave us great confidence. Dandara then delivered the house exactly as promised.

I couldn’t be happier with the customer service I received, particularly from Leigh, she has been so helpful and friendly with all my queries and Leigh has gone above and beyond to make sure my house was perfect for me. I could not fault the house, everything was exactly as nice as I expected it to be and the site manager has made sure any issues I have with the new property down the line - just to let him know and he will be more than happy to fix it. I am very happy with my first house and even happier I decided to go with Dandara homes.

Polite and friendly sales team. Made the purchase of a property in a different geographical location less stressful through their communication throughout. Further, the site foreman (charlie) who did the home demo explained processes and technical details in a way that I/ those without a construction background could easily digest and understand.

I live close by to the development in Winchmore Hill and have had my eye and made an enquiry as good as two years ago. Dandara were fantastic at updating me on the process and time frame to officially view in that time. We have been very pleased with our Dandara purchase in North Berwick. Helpful advice and information was always forthcoming from Nicky and the follow up after the sale was also attentive. In our opinion, the build quality and finishes are superior to that of other new builds. Any initial 'snags' were followed up and have been attended to. Having lived in the house for almost two years, we are confident that we have made the right move. We would recommend Dandara to others who are considering going down this route.

Great communication with the sales team, and on completion, the house was in extremely good order. I have bought a few new builds as buy-to-lets, and this house has had the fewest snags I have ever seen.
