TrustpilotVery Helpful Staff
The staff at Dandara Jersey have always reacted promptly to any communications I have had with them. They are helpful and friendly and on occasion have gone the extra mile to help us out as tenants, which is very much appreciated. I have been a tenant of Dandara for almost 10 years and would always recommend the company to others.
We're so pleased you've had such a great experience with the team. Thank you for taking the time to leave such a wonderful review.

TrustpilotAt over £3000 per m2 one would expect…
At over £3000 per m2 one would expect this to resemble a 5* luxury Hotel, not plane white walled, no flooring with a low end kitchen. The stainless sink in the show house resembles something from screwfix for £39.99
It's disappointing to hear you're not impressed with the specification of our homes, but we can assure you they are not low end. We hope to see you again to change your mind, but if not we wish you every success in your home search.

I have been with Dandara for over 4 years now and I can always depend on them to act fast on concerns or requests. TrustpilotThe best decision we ever made!
Having owned our family home for 30 years, we decided to take early retirement and buy a new Dandara home in Potton. We bought our plot off plan, and Jade and Belinda offered support and information throughout - as at the time there was nothing to see for our purchase! We were able to choose the plot that we wanted, Jade gave us regular updates, and even sent photos as the house grew on site. The handing over process went very smoothly, with George and Scott there within minutes to lend a helping hand where needed. Nothing has been too much trouble, we have felt looked after and very much at home in this lovely, well designed quality home. Living on a building site as it develops, all of the workmen without exception, have been courteous and helpful. It has been a very good experience. George you are Mr Dandara! We hope that Dandara is aware of what an excellent team they have working here at Copsewood
Thank you for your great review, we’re delighted you’re happy with your new Dandara home. The site team will be so pleased with your comments.

TrustpilotCopsewood, Potton
Copsewood, PottonAs first time buyers we were nervous, and unsure of what to expect, hearing horror stories from other new build developments- that all changed because of the team at Copsewood!Jade and the sales team were fantastic from the start, informative, helpful & caring- always easy to get in touch with & quick responses, the whole transition was smooth and we trusted them. The site team only proved this to be further true, Scott & George have listened, supported, got jobs done quickly and efficiently, the house is such a high standard & these touches just make everywhere feel beautiful & right! We can't thank them enough for making our new house become our home so quickly. The team work observed over the build so far, all the people working on site, Scott & George, it has been second to none- no question is too small & if they can help they will! Thank you all! The Wrightons (AKA plot 55).
Buying a home can be stressful and even a little daunting for first time buyers so we're delighted to hear the team put your minds at rest and that you love living at Copsewood.

TrustpilotCopsewood
Copsewood - PottonI recently bought a beautiful New Build property in the above location. The house has been not only been built to a VERY high standard (I have high standards!), but the whole process was made so smooth and simple. I am a single parent and the help and advice from Jade in the Sales team was beyond beneficial. She kept me informed throughout and organise a beautiful moving in hamper on day of completion. She was also on hand to answer the weird and wonderful questions I had throughout the process without hesitation. She made the process run smoothly assisting with the chain to ensure a smooth completion.George and Scott on site have been marvellous. Not only are they just generally nice gents, they cannot do enough to make sure that myself and the kids are settled and checking in to ensure everything is OK. Anyone who moves here is lucky to have them both on site. I love living here and that is down to the warm welcome that Jade, George and Scott have given us.
We are delighted that we met your high standards, it's important to us that our customers are happy in their new home. Many thanks for your kind and positive review.

Any minor problems we have encountered have been dealt with in a professional and timely manner and I would whole heartedly recommend purchasing your new home from them.

TrustpilotFontwell Meadows
I dropped in to Fontwell Meadows. I didn't have an appointment and I'm not on the market yet but even so Ashley, in the sales office, was lovely and welcoming. He showed me the Farringford show home - he was very knowledgeable and definitely made me want to buy from him/Dandara. I will have to get my house on the market!
We're so pleased to hear Ashley has been so helpful, thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review. We hope to welcome you back to reserve your new Dandara home one day!

TrustpilotA tenants perspective
I have been leasing a property from Dandare in Jersey for little over a year now. Securing a lease on short notice is not an easy thing to do here, but the lead agent went above and beyond to ensure it was all wrapped up quickly. Since then I have renewed my lease and any appointments with the team at Dandara have always been friendly and professional. To Terry, Brendan and Samantha. Many thanks for everything to date.
Thank you for taking the time to leave such a great review, we’re delighted you’re happy with the service you've received. The team will be thrilled with your feedback.
