GoogleMaria B Evans did an excellent professional service selling My elderly Parents House. They kept me extremely well informed at every turn and updated on the position of the sale constantly. They also dealt with my tricky elderly Parents as it was a wrench to give up their beloved property and move into a home . Will highly recommend them to others and use them again if I lived locally

FacebookWe recently sold our house through Maria B Evans. The service they offered was outstanding. They were always available at the end of the phone or email and showed unflagging interest in seeing the sale through to completion. I could not recommend them more highly for a personalised and supportive service whilst their professionalism and communication helped deal with the stress of buying and selling. They would be my top recommendation for anyone in the area wishing to market their home.
Thank you for your kind words and review Felicity, it’s been a pleasure working with you and the family getting the property past the line - all the best The MBE Team

GoogleMy experience with Estate Agents is mixed but this business know their market inside out. Always a pleasure to deal with. One of the team, Tom, has shown me round at least 3 properties this year. He is a credit to the business. He is always so well informed on the properties in what is quite incredible detail. He is always really helpful with suggestions for possible future enhancements to the properties or how to deal with any remedial work that may be required for older properties. By far, the best agent I've dealt with this year, probably ever!
Many thanks for your review Chris, we will make sure Tom sees your kind words The MBE Team

GoogleI have numerous times enquired about renting a property through Maria B Evans Estate Agents, and NOT once have they ever got back to me. This is very poor customer service, and I recently told them this, yet again, I was ignored. Very unprofessional.

GoogleWe have found our experience with all the staff at Maria B Evans fantastic. Davina, Sally and Tom have all been so knowledgable, professional, friendly, approachable and warm. They knew the local area so well, we had no concerns at all with their ability to conduct the house viewings. GoogleThis year I had an unfortunate personal circumstance and was left a house to deal with. Fortuntely my family uses Maria B Evans for another property so I contacted them to help my sort my new propety that had been given to me. I was astonished with the help and guidance of the Maria B Evans' team. They helped with all the necessities that new property needs such as plumbers, electricians and gasmen. The teams is very contactable and responds on the day or the day after constantly; even if it is just a query on a minute topic, and will go into very detailed analysis if need be. I would recommend Maria B Evans for all areas of the property sector such as renting or selling a house.
Thank you for your kind review Matthew, I’m glad we’ve been able to help you through this difficult time and I look forward to working with you in the future too. Tom and the MBE Team

GoogleI had been looking to relocate Dec 21/Jan 22 and whilst I did not find a property with the agent, the communication and care I received was by far and away better than any other estate agent in the local area. Every engagement I had on the phone to property viewings were well organised and I always felt like I knew what was going on and what was on offer. When I couldn't find a property initially they continued to follow up with me when a property met my needs and price range and this was greatly appreciated. Would recommend to anyone needing an estate agent to look no further.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleWe have just recently sold our house and also bought a house through Maria B Evans and we cannot speak highly enough of the whole team. Our experience of selling and buying was a particularly testing one and it seemed like we had problem after problem. We honestly don’t know what we’d have done without the Maria B Evans team - in particular, Davina. They went above and beyond to ensure our sale and purchase went through and were always in contact with us, updating us on everything. Excellent value for money for all the work they do! GoogleWhat we loved about Maria B Evans was the ethos of being honest, keeping everyone up to date with what's going on, and working so hard for their clients. It isn't just at the viewing stage, which is well thought out and aligns to the needs of the client (because they listen), but all the way through the process. They work with the solicitors, the purchasers and the sellers to ensure that communication is clear and everyone knows where they are. They are extraordinary in their commitment.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value
