We completed on the sale of our home yesterday after a bit of a rollercoaster year! Sally and the team were absolutely amazing from the very beginning and took time to really understand us, our home, and give us a very fair valuation. It makes a huge difference having the same agent then showing people round your home and not someone else who is seeing it for the first time. Sally helped us secure a buyer very quickly and then ultimately find us our incredible next family home too. We are so grateful for everything Sally and the team have done to help guide us through the process as it wasn’t straightforward at all. I’m pleased we didn’t choose an agent that overvalue and are putting numbers and stats ahead of their clients. Highly recommend to everyone looking to sell/ buy with professional and trustworthy agent.

I recently had to sell a property as Power of Attorney, and as I don’t know the area, before she lost capacity my mother had recommended Maria B. Evans in Croston as they had handled a property for her previously. I’m very pleased she did, as they have been so supportive and helpful throughout the process. Selling from a distance could have made the circumstances far more complicated, but this team ensured any issues caused by this were quickly resolved. They offered solutions to any problems that arose, and went above and beyond to make sure all went ahead smoothly for me. This is a team that genuinely cares about their sellers and buyers, which was really nice to see, and made for a very positive experience throughout. They always pick up the phone, respond quickly to emails, and are organised and efficient at all stages. I cannot recommend them highly enough. If I were to ever move to an area they covered, I would use Maria B. Evans in a heartbeat.

Partner recently purchased a property with Maria B Evans. The service was impeccable, we couldn't praise them higher or thank them more for their service. We will definitely recommend them to anyone looking to sell as they clearly had their sellers best interest but supported us as buyers as we had terrible solicitors. Davina was a brilliant line of support and information and has much more knowledge than our Solicitors who were very difficult. We rented a property through Maria B Evans in Standish for just over a year and I honestly cannot fault them. The girls who work there are absolutely lovely and nothing is too much hard work for them. There were a couple of problems with the house when we moved in (leaky shower) and they acted swiftly to rectify this. We had inspections to make sure the property was still suitable on a regular basis and they made our whole time there completely stress free. We moved out as we were expecting a baby and they made the check out process simple and efficient. We got most of our deposit back minus a few quid to pay a professional cleaner, as we'd cleaned the house about 2 weeks before the tenancy ended and it needed a few things going over but nothing major, and they even gave us the opportunity to do it ourselves to save the money. Its refreshing to know that there are honest and professional landlords and letting agents out there still. Our experience with Maria B Evans was a wholly pleasant and professional one and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future. Thank you ladies! Becky x

**Again, my frustration is that someone from your office told us on the Monday morning after the home was posted online (and your office was closed Sunday) that the home was being worked on/decorated and that you "were taking no viewings until the work was complete" and that we would be contacted when the work was complete to schedule a viewing. Never did anyone say there was already too much interest to schedule more viewings, quite the contrary. That would have made sense.** I am not someone to post negative reviews, but my experience with this company was so surprisingly terrible. Inquired about a newly posted house to lease on a Monday morning, and told we'd get a call or email as soon as the home was ready to view. After hearing nothing for 5 days, contacted the office via email only too be told that they filled all their viewings for the property in question. I explained to the rental agent, Tom, what had happened and frankly he couldn't care less; just repeated all viewings were taken. There was no offer for further assistance, or any responsibility taken for the office's mistake. My next email response was then blown off, no further contact. Again, I don't like to give negative reviews, but the way we were treated by this agency was nothing short of embarrassing on their part. I mistakenly assumed a higher level of professionalism based off the quality of homes listed by the sales side of their agency, sadly that wasn't the case.

Put our house up for sale with Maria B Evans. Had an offer from potential buyers and then saw a property that was also for sale with the same estate agents. Davina was very supportive linking us up with our buyers and the couple we were buying off. Found this company, as a buyer, extremely helpful to deal with. Would definitely recommend. There were times when the chain looked very shaky indeed, but the professionalism and tenacity of this agent kept things moving and avoided any collapse. Phoning round the different solicitors was above and beyond the call of duty. there were some very nice touches too when we went in to collect the keys from them on moving day. All in all a pleasure to do business with.
