Halls sold our house in 6 weeks and got us to exchange and completion 2 months later. Throughout the process the sales negotiators were very professional and we always believed they had our best interests at heart, which is really important. Nia and Ashley helped every step of the way and took the strain when negotiations became challenging. We felt supported and confident. I would recommend the team at Halls to anyone looking to sell.

We would like to give a big thanks to the team at Halls Ellesmere for all their help with selling our property twice!! (unfortunately the first sale fell through right at the very end and so we had to relist it) and then buying our next property through them as well, there was always someone on the end of the phone or replying to emails in a helpful and friendly manner. We were so impressed that we are using the Oswestry office to sell another property we own for us.

We decided to move back to the UK from France and decided to explore Ellesmere where we found Halls Estate agents. They were very helpful and friendly provided us with a portfolio of properties to look at and we immediately found a house which suited our requirements. If anyone wants an Estate in the Shropshire country then I thougherly recommend them.

What an amazing team! Halls Ellesmere dealt with both our sale and purchase with professionalism and empathy. I have dealt with Halls over the past few years both with renting our property and more recently selling our family home, it was a very difficult time and Halls were amazingly supportive! They are very professional and always at hand for support and guidance. They were always excellent communicators. I especially had close communication with Sean on the lettings side and Ashley on the sales side and both were so friendly whilst remaining highly professional. I would highly recommend Halls and they would be my go-to in the future.

Honestly. Halls have been amazing. They have helped in every way possible. They have gone above and beyond for my family and found us the most wonderful family home which I hope to have many years and many memories here. He has been incredibly helpful and both he, and the ladies in the office are always very pleasant and willing to assist in any way they can. Moving in very soon and can't thank Halls enough. Halls Ellesmere sold two houses for us in the space of 12 months. Great team of people with good communicastion and on both occasions, obtained a higher price than we anticipated. Highly recommend them and would definitely use them again.
