GoogleI can't say enough about the support leightons have given us yet again moving home. They really are the best out there. They keep everyone so up to date with what stage there at. The little extras they include for example the sneak peaks and the videos definitely helped sell our property quickly and got the right viewer's though the door. The whole team are amazing and go above and beyond ❤️

GoogleLeighton’s have just sold my house in 8 weeks!!! From beginning to end, Ruby, the Sales Manager, has proactively made sure that everybody in the chain and all the solicitors have been working on this chain of sales and purchases. Her communication skills are superb, dealing with all the clients and legals. Right from the word ‘go’, Michel outshine all the other estate agents who came to value my house, showing real interest and commitment to the marketing of my property. He listened carefully to all the sales points he could use, and this came back to me via the viewers. If I sell in the future, I would not hesitate to use Leighton’s. They would be my first choice every time and I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were always available to assuage any concerns I had. In a climate where house selling has been extremely hard, a complete triumph!!!! (Sold for asking price).

GoogleI used Leightons to market our 3 bed Terrace house, It was a renovation project. Right from the start it was apparent that they had in-depth knowledge about the Keighley market and the type of buyer that the house would appeal to. Their market appraisal was very accurate and as a result this led to a quick sale. I was well informed about viewings via email message confirmations and after the viewings Joanne would give instant feedback, which was really useful. I am really impressed with Leightons, especially with Michael who has so much knowledge about everything relating to property, even with layout and design. Leightons were more than keen to carry out any requests or changes that I asked of them. I highly recommend them and I will definitely use them again in the future.

She addressed any queries I had straight away, always did her best to answer my questions and seek out information, and her approach was always positive and cheerful. Nothing was too much trouble. Our sale turned out to be long and protracted and nothing was too much trouble for Leightons. They are proactive keep you well informed of what's going on with your sale and the chain. I honestly don't think we would have ended up moving home without them and their persistence. I would highly recommend them their service is second to non.

GoogleA number of estate agents valued our property, but it was the professionalism and straight talking during their visit that made us choose Leightons. And boy, did that turn out to be the right decision. As it happened, Leightons were also the agent for our purchase. A double bonus. Their staff were unbelievably proactive, making enquiries down the chain, making sure everybody was happy and keeping us all informed. Nothing was too much trouble. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. 5 stars.

They were very quick to contact the seller and get back to me every time. They were very polite and professional on every occasion and I was very touched upon collecting my keys, to find that there was a bottle of Prosecco to congratulate me on my purchase. GoogleIn my experience of Estate Agents Leightons are the real exception as they look after you , help you , keep regularly in touch and hold your hand through exchange and completion. They were very transparent re value and fees for our sale and helped massively with negotiations on both sides. We chose to swap the property we were buying half way through the process and the team took that in their stride and just did what was best for us always. We're so happy and so thankful that the process was as smooth as it was. We would use leightons again for sure if we ever chose to move again.
