GoogleFantastic service nothing was ever an issue. Laura went above and beyond to get our sale completed with a few obstacles along the way but she didn’t let them get in the way of being professional. I’d also like to mention Michael & Helen they too played a part in our sale and helped when Laura was otherwise engaged with other enquiries but Laura always returned my call. Would highly recommend Leightons to the world 😍 thank you to the Leightons team. X

Their astute local knowledge was key to marketing the property correctly, and resulted in a quick and smooth sale. Very proactive in their approach and always there to contact if there were any concerns or queries to discuss. Impressive from beginning to end and would definitely recommend.

GoogleWe’ve recently bought our first house advertised through Leightons and had Laura helping us out through this journey. From our experience, we would 100% recommend Laura and Leightons! Many of you reading this review will know the home buying process can seem quite lengthy. Laura was always there though to help provide updates along the way and to help chase up various parties to make sure our purchase was progressing well. Communication was swift and the friendly service they provided us was simply great. If we ever come to sell, we’ll definitely be seeking out Leightons services in the future.

GoogleI don't usually post reviews, but wanted to thank Leighton's for exceptional service during our move. They were our vendors' estate agents and went above and beyond. We bought at a difficult time and Michael would contact us with weekly updates on our chain, offering great reassurance. We ended up with a very tight schedule for sale and purchase and Michael took complete control of the situation - directing us as to who we needed to chase and for what. I honestly don't think completion would have gone ahead without him. Laura, who works at the office, was also always helpful and responsive. Next time I sell, I will definitely use Leighton's.

GoogleA professional agent. They came to us following a period of time with another agent where we had no viewings. Once in place we were soon underway with a buyer. They took us completely through the prices. Helen communicated seamlessly via phone media which made everything clear. Especially as neither of us lived nearby. Would certainly recommend Leightons as an agent.

GoogleI can highly recommend Leightons. They conducted the sale of my late mother's house in Oxenhope. Michael was very professional in that he knew the business and gave us good advice. But he was also friendly and approachable. Nothing was too much trouble and he guided us through the process with skill. Leightons are easy to contact, friendly and always got back to us swiftly. The sale completed yesterday and we're more than happy with the service Michael, and the other staff at Leightons, provided.

At every step of the way Helen, Laura or Michael were on hand to answer all my queries. The marketing material they produce is market leading - for example the sneak peak previews, hot property emails, Instagram and Facebook posts, Right Move listing and their own internal website. They drum up excitement and engagement at every stage. They provided us with expert advice and clear, concise timelines and updates at every stage. We cannot thank Leightons enough, thank you for making one of the most stressful events in people’s life effortless and stress free for us. We wouldn’t ever choose anyone other than Leightons to seek our home again! THANK YOU!

We found the house we wanted and although there were a few hiccups along the way they were all legal , but Helen was amazing and kept plugging away to deal with the problems. GoogleHad such a great experience selling my property with Leightons. Laura, Helen or Michael always answered the phone straight away or replied quickly to my many emails. This gave me the confidence that they would also be as prompt advising any potential customers who contacted them. The communication was great at each stage of the sale, and I have to thank Laura in particular for always being so helpful. I also loved the Leightons branding and the photos that Michael took of my property and I think this set me up for a great sale. The buyer screening was also excellent and my eventual buyers were perfect for the house. The fee charged by Leightons was reasonable and as expected. Overall I definitely recommend Leightons. GoogleWe chose Leightons Estate Agency initially because of a personal connection. We hadn’t sold a property for a long time, so we were a little bit rusty regarding the selling process. All the members of the team were extremely helpful in explaining how the process worked. The transaction of selling our property turned out to be somewhat more complicated than any of us( including the buyers) anticipated. However, this is where Helen’s experience and diplomacy paid dividends as she worked very efficiently and closely with three different solicitors, making sure that we were kept up to date and in the loop. She was very tenacious with helping to keep things moving and to ultimately achieve a positive outcome for all concerned. Helen without doubt went the extra mile and probably over and above what her normal role would include. Whilst the selling experience can be frustrating at times, Helen always remained positive throughout which helped to drive the process forward. We would not hesitate to recommend Leightons Estate Agency, especially as they are a small independent company who clearly knows the local market very well.

Without Leightons, the whole process would’ve been way more stressful and possibly could’ve taken a lot longer too. Thanks to Helen and the team!!
